Holiday Home Midgaard
Between the dunes of Ameland, close to the sea and just minutes from the campsite, lies Midgaard, a traditional Ameland dune house with a thatched roof and black wooden façade. Simple, peaceful, and beautifully located in the heart of nature. It has its own terrace where you can sit sheltered and enjoy the silence and the view. Inside, you’ll find a cosy living room with dining table and small seating area with TV. Free Wi-Fi is also available, so you can stay connected even in this peaceful setting.

Yes, Midgaard is suitable for up to six people and ideal for families who love peace and nature. There’s plenty of room to play outside, and the beach is within walking distance. Children are also welcome at the campsite to play in the playgrounds or join the holiday entertainment programme (during summer).
- Can I use the facilities of Strandcamping Duinoord?
Yes, as a guest of Midgaard you’re very welcome to use the campsite facilities, such as the supermarket, bike rental, and summer activities.
- Is there Wi-Fi in the holiday home?
Yes, there is Wi-Fi. But most guests soon find they prefer to put their phones aside and truly unwind, enjoying the peace and nature around them.
