We are pleased that you are staying with us. By making a reservation and staying at Strandcamping Duinoord, you agree to the following terms and rules.

Applicability and age

The HISWA-RECRON terms and conditions apply to all reservations. These include important agreements regarding cancellation, liability and your stay. These conditions have been drawn up in collaboration with the ANWB and the Consumers’ Association and are available for inspection at reception.

The lead booker must be at least 23 years old and must stay on the campsite for the duration of the reservation.

Arrival and departure

On the day of arrival, you are welcome:

• from 12:00 on your camping pitch
• from 14:00 in your rental accommodation

On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to:

• leave your camping pitch clean and empty by 12:00 at the latest
• vacate your rental accommodation by 10:00 at the latest

Responsibility and stay

You stay at Strandcamping Duinoord at your own risk.

You are responsible for any damage, pollution or nuisance caused by you, your fellow travellers or your guests.

Reservations and check-in

A reservation for one night is only possible via reception or by email.

Upon arrival, please report to reception first.

All guests must be able to present valid identification upon request.

Are you staying on the site without registering? In that case, we will charge double the camping rate and access to the campsite may be denied.

Tag and deposit

You will receive a tag for your tent or caravan upon payment of a deposit. Please attach it visibly to the outside.

The deposit will be refunded upon departure, provided that:

• the tag is returned undamaged
• the camping pitch is left tidy
• no damage or nuisance has been caused

Peace and atmosphere

The campsite is quiet between 23:00 and 08:00.

We ask you to be considerate of other guests. The use of music or sound systems is only permitted if it does not cause disturbance.

Order and cleanliness

Keep your camping pitch and the immediate surroundings tidy.

Dispose of waste in the designated containers.

Traffic and use of the site

Motorised traffic is not permitted on the campsite.

Only on arrival and departure may you briefly bring a vehicle to your pitch for loading and unloading.

It is not permitted to:

• dig on the site
• use your pitch for sales or the distribution of printed materials

Pets, fire and safety

Dogs are not permitted on the site.

Campfires are only allowed on the beach and with a valid permit.

A gas barbecue may only be used with a pressure regulator.

The use of carbon dioxide cylinders and the placement of party tents are not permitted.

Facilities and use

Smoking is not permitted in:

• the main building
• toilet facilities
• launderette
• during recreational activities

Laundry and washing up must be done in the designated areas.

Flying kites and playing football are allowed on the sports field, not on the camping area.

The use of drones above the site is not permitted.

Enforcement

Always follow the instructions of our staff.

Failure to comply with the rules may result in denial of access to the campsite without refund. Any damage and costs will be at your own expense.

Complaints

Do you have a complaint during your stay? Please report it to reception as soon as possible so that we can work together to find a solution.

If the matter is not resolved, please contact us after your stay using the contact details on our website.

Force majeure

In the event of force majeure, such as extreme weather conditions, government measures or other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to amend or cancel reservations. In such cases, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Prices are subject to change. The price stated on your confirmation or invoice is always leading.
