- Do the pitches have electricity?
Yes, all camping pitches have 16 amp electricity.
- With how many people can I camp at Camping Duinoord?
A large tent pitch can accommodate up to 6 people.
- Do I have to bring my own tent?
No, that's not necessary. If you don't want to bring your own tent, Camping Duinoord has the option of renting a furnished tent. You then only need to bring your luggage to the campsite.
- What is the difference between Duinoord North and Duinoord South?
Duinoord North is located directly on the sea and has motorhome and caravan pitches, while Duinoord South is slightly more sheltered and only has tent pitches.
- Do I need to book a camping pitch in advance?
Yes, we recommend it. Popular camping pitches are quickly booked up, especially at weekends and during school holidays. By booking in advance, you are guaranteed a camping pitch that suits your needs.
- Are there any special pitches with private sanitary facilities?
No, there are no pitches with private sanitary facilities, but we do have clean and modern sanitary buildings within walking distance.
- Can I barbecue at my tent or accommodation?
Yes, you may, provided that the barbecue is used safely and no open fire is created. Gas or electric barbecues are preferred. Ensure that the barbecue is off the ground and that a bucket of water is always available nearby. Barbecuing is prohibited in strong winds or when there is a general ban on fires.
- Are visitors permitted?
Visitors are welcome, provided they report to reception. Regular rates apply for overnight stays.
- Can I put up an extra tent on my camping pitch?
Yes, a small extra tent is allowed, as long as it fits within the camping pitch and does not cause any nuisance to other guests.
- Where can you go camping during Easter?
During Easter, you can camp at Strandcamping Duinoord right on the beach and by the sea, with all facilities nearby.
- Do you have a youth area?
No, Strandcamping Duinoord does not have a special youth area. In order to maintain the peaceful and relaxed atmosphere at the campsite, the main booker must be at least 23 years old to make a reservation and stay with us.
- Do you have a group field?
No, Strandcamping Duinoord does not have a group field. Reservations for groups are only possible in consultation and after permission has been granted, so that we can guarantee the atmosphere and tranquillity at the campsite for all our guests.
